Please book your spring covid Vaccine. Sixways clinic has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
If there is any doubt we will telephone you on your registered telephone number to ensure confidentiality.
Test results return time

| Urine and blood tests | 1 week for most tests (however some specialist tests may take up to 3 weeks) |
| Nail clippings | 8-12 weeks |
| X-rays and ultra-sound scans | 2-4 weeks |
| Smear | 6-8 weeks |
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you. If you do not hear from us it may mean no action is needed but please check your results in the following ways:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- by phoning us on 01242 223 810 and we will tell you what the results are
Please contact the practice if your symptoms persist, worsen, or you have ongoing concerns, even with a normal result.
