The Cheltenham Peripheral Primary Care Network (CPPCN) is made up of Winchcombe Medical Centre, Sixways Clinic, Stoke Road Surgery, Cleevelands Medical Centre and Leckhampton Surgery.
The practices work together to improve patient care and the services we provide. We work with the network to recruit additional staff, provide extra clinics and services and we organise important staff training. Over the past two years we have recruited social prescribers and pharmacists who are involved in direct patient care. We have worked together to deliver a nationally recognised Covid-19 vaccination programme.
We are planning for the future and we need your input.
We are in the process of preparing our three year plan. This will help us respond to the significant challenges that we have now and that we will continue to face. A vital part of this process is hearing from you – our patients. Below is a link for an on-line questionnaire for patients of all the practices in the network to complete. Everything you tell us is anonymous. Your responses will be central to decisions about which projects we prioritise and how we implement them.
We are grateful for you taking the time to complete the survey.
