Customer Care Hub

If you have been waiting for an elective hospital service and want to get some information, there is now a Customer Care Hub for such enquiries established by Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. They are acting proactively to contact patients who have been waiting extended periods of time to offer reassurance that you are still on the waiting list and to to ascertain whether there have been any changes in a patient’s condition or circumstance. You can contact the Customer Care Hub between the hours of 9am and 5pm at 0300 422 6360. They are intending to extend these hours soon.
